It is called Hericium erinaceus and it comes from Asia. It grows on beech, oak, and walnut wood and today it can also be found in Europe. In Nekua formulas, it is always in a titrated extract, meaning with a defined concentration of active ingredients contained in every stick, something that a simple mushroom powder cannot guarantee.
Reishi, cultivated and measured.
It is among the oldest mushrooms in herbal tradition, now grown under controlled conditions rather than harvested in the wild: this is how its composition is known. Like all Nekua mushrooms, it is included in the formula as a standardized extract, meaning a defined concentration of active ingredients is contained in every stick—something a simple, non-standardized powder cannot guarantee.

It is taken in the morning, after breakfast. Mind-Sleep: designed for the end of the day, when it is time to switch off. It is taken in the evening, shortly before going to bed. The two products can be taken on the same day, each in its own time slot, while respecting the recommended daily dose of each: 1 stick of Mind-Focus and 1 stick of Mind-Sleep.
