Open Air combines two formulas. Muscles&Bones-Sport in the afternoon, before you get active; Immune-Defence in the evening with dinner. Two distinct moments, one for movement and one for recovery.

Each stick contains titrated extracts, meaning they have a defined concentration of active ingredients.

Cordyceps, from high altitude to cultivation.

It grows at high altitudes on the Himalayan plateaus, where oxygen is scarce. Today it is cultivated under controlled conditions and is used in the form of a titrated extract—meaning a defined concentration of active ingredients is contained in each stick, with a set content of its characteristic components. Just like all mushrooms selected for Nekua formulas.

What is the difference between Mind-Focus and Mind-Sleep?

Mind-Focus and Mind-Sleep are both part of the Mind line, but they are designed for two different times of the day. Mind-Focus: designed for when the days start to demand more. It is taken in the morning, after breakfast. Mind-Sleep: designed for the end of the day, when it is time to switch off. It is taken in the evening, shortly before going to bed. The two products can be taken on the same day, each in its own time slot, while respecting the recommended daily dose of each: 1 stick of Mind-Focus and 1 stick of Mind-Sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
